Deposit limits

To keep things fun and fair, we’ll help you keep tabs on spending. When you deposit money to DIBZ, we’ll double check it doesn’t exceed the limit you set for the day, week, or month. Pretty clever.

At registration we apply a deposit limit of £149 per month. If you decrease the amount or frequency (making the limit more restrictive), it will come into effect immediately.

Please remember, if you want to change your deposit limit so that your deposit limit increases, then the changes come into effect after a cooling off period of 7 days.

Time out

Sometimes we all need a break. That’s why we thought it only fair to help you take a pause from playing with DIBZ.

You can set your Time Out to press pause on your account for up to 30 days. You won’t be able to access your account whilst your Time Out is in place.

Self Exclusion

Sometimes you might need more than a short Time Out. Self Exclusion is that extra pair of hands that helps you step away from gambling with us for a longer time.

Your Self Exclusion tool can block you for six months or longer.

We’re serious about supporting you in your decision to sit out. We can offer you further support or we can connect you with professional services dedicated to gambling support.

This action cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Close your account

It is very simple and easy to close your Dibz account when you no longer want it.

First, we recommend that you withdraw any remaining funds from your account before you close it.

This type of account closure is designed for those who no longer wish to bet with us, but allows you to reopen your account at any time by contacting customer service.

To apply a regular account closure:

–       step 1: In the app, go to Account, then go to Safer Gambling tools. Click Close Account

–       step 2: Follow the instructions on screen. When finished, enter the code we send to your registered phone number and click “Confirm”.
